Nestled on Wisconsin’s deepest natural inland lake, our community is known as the oldest resort west of Niagara Falls. Established in 1847 as Dart’s Ford or Dartford, Green Lake has become a picturesque destination for vacationers from all over the Country. We are located in the south central area of Wisconsin, only a two to three hour drive from larger metropolitan cities on the north, east, south and west sides of our State.

Not only does Green Lake offer many recreation opportunities, but has lands available for business and industrial development. This is a great place for new and satellite businesses to grow and prosper, and at the same time offer a safe and friendly community in which to raise families. The east side of Green Lake has lots of vacant land surrounding the current Industrial Park in which businesses can relocate, expand, or begin.

In the past few years, we have been creating bike paths around the Green Lake Community. A path now connects our community with the Green Lake Conference Center to the west, and will in the near future connect us with Ripon to the east.
